An established educational institution is seeking a Women’s Assistant Basketball Coach/Residence Hall Supervisor to join their dynamic team. Duties include assisting with coaching and recruiting, academic monitoring/advising, and supervision of a residence hall. This is a full-time, exempt position (10-month contract) covered by the Public Education Employee Retirement System of Missouri (PEERS) and social security.

Applicants for this position must hold a Bachelor's degree, with previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level preferred. A demonstrated proficiency in basketball fundamentals, strategies, and coaching techniques is essential. Additionally, candidates with experience in a residential life setting or student affairs role are highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport and fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and faculty. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required. The ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while effectively managing multiple priorities is essential.
The Women’s Assistant Basketball Coach/Residence Hall Supervisor shall:
