Job summary

The Ramapo Indian Hills Regional HS District seeks an Assistant Swim Coach at Ramapo High School for the 2026-2027 season. The assistant will support the Head Coach in all aspects of the swim program, helping develop skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship among student-athletes.

Responsibilities include planning practices, instructing swim techniques, supporting meet day operations, mentoring students, and coordinating equipment and logistics with players and parents; evening and weekend

Qualifications

• High school coaching or competitive swimming experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of swimming fundamentals and safety protocols.
• Ability to work with athletic staff and school administration; available evenings/weekends.

Description:

The Ramapo Indian Hills Regional HS District is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Swim Coach at Ramapo High School for the 2026-2027 season. The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in all aspects of the swim program, fostering a positive environment that promotes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship among student-athletes.

• ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ? Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment for high school athletes.
• ? Availability for practices, games, and team events, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

Within the range of $3488 and $4415, depending on experience and qualifications.
