SUNY Cortland is seeking a part-time assistant coach/goalie coach for its Men’s & Women’s Soccer program. The role involves assisting in all aspects of the program, including coaching, recruiting, and ensuring student-athlete welfare. Salary Determination
Starting salary rates are based on multiples factors which may include the position’s major responsibilities, the applicant’s background including education, work experience, and key competencies, the university’s strategic priorities, internal peer equity and external market analyses, applicable federal, state, and local laws and negotiated labor contracts.

Position Summary
The assistant coach/goalie coach for SUNY Cortland Men’s & Women’s Soccer assists in all aspects of the administration and operation of a nationally competitive athletic program. Cortland Athletics fosters a student-athlete environment conducive to excellence in athletics, academics, and personal growth through diverse and inclusive experiences at the university and the community.
This is a part-time level 3, 25% coaching position with a 9.5 month obligation (8/1-5/15).

Major Responsibilities
• Reports to the head coaches of Men’s & Women’s Soccer
• Works closely with the head coaches, coaching and support staff to ensure the success of SUNY Cortland Men’s & Women’s Soccer.
