We are seeking a Coach who, under the guidance of the Head Coach, will instruct, educate, and train student-athletes in the rules, strategies, and techniques of the sport, ensuring compliance with NCAA, NEC Conference, and university regulations.

You are:

  • A strong leader with excellent communication and motivational skills

You will:

  • Instruct and train student-athletes using independent judgment, ensuring they are prepared for competition and understand safety and compliance regulations
  • Motivate and develop athletes' skills, evaluate strengths and weaknesses, and develop training programs
  • Assist in planning practice sessions, manage team travel, and maintain accurate records using technology
  • Identify and recruit talented student-athletes to enhance the athletic program
  • Perform other duties as assigned

You need:

  • Previous playing and/or coaching experience preferred
  • Ability to coach independently at a high level
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move equipment
