• Develop daily practice plans.
• Utilize innovative statistical analysis to inform decisions.
• Build a championship culture for the program in Florida.
• Coach and mentor student-athletes and oversee mentorship initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Practice and game planning execution
• Daily practice plans
• Innovative statistical analysis
• Building a championship culture for the program
• Creating/Coaching a full slate of college games in Florida
• Lead player mentorship will work with the student-athletes and lead a mentorship program that will help our students
• Other duties as assigned
