Assistant Coach for Women's Soccer (Part-Time)

Position Overview

Coe College seeks candidates for the position of Assistant Coach for Women's Soccer (Part-Time). This role supports the college's academic and athletic programs by implementing policies and services under the guidance of the Women’s Soccer Head Coach. The position aims to contribute to the education and welfare of students through athletics, within the spirit, policies, and rules of Coe College, the American Rivers Conference, and NCAA III. The goal is to foster the athletic, wellness, personal, social, and academic development of student-athletes.

Work Schedule

Part-time, starting Fall 2025.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Assist in planning and supervising practices and games.
  2. Promote the sport, athletics department, and Coe College.
  3. Perform duties assigned by the head coach.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years of coaching experience preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Successful background and driver checks as per Coe College policy.
