Job Summary

This position will assist the Field Hockey Coach with organizing, planning, and coaching the Field Hockey team. The ideal candidate is a former collegiate player who specializes in coaching goalies and is seeking a career in college coaching.

Essential Functions

• Assist the team during practices and games, focusing on coaching goalies.
• Help with session planning and collaborate with coaching staff.
• Support athletic and academic development of student-athletes.
• Coordinate team travel with athletic department staff.
• Adhere to university, athletic department, NCAA, and CAA rules and policies.
• Assist in organizing on-campus recruiting, camps, and clinics.
• Support the Head Coach with fundraising, operations, and logistics to ensure program success.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a collegiate lacrosse player or coach, with knowledge of coaching goalies.
