This position will assist with maintaining the boys’ basketball program.
Perform other duties as necessary to support the mission and vision of Columbia Public School District.

Reports To: Athletic Director
Supervises: None
Minimum: 60 hours of college credit, Missouri Substitute teaching certificate, and Sport First Aid Course. If hired via a substitute certificate, must complete (with 80%) the MSHSAA-approved coaches education program (NFICEP) before coaching in subsequent years. All coaches must attend NFICEP first-aid class and pass the exit test.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, Missouri teaching certificate, prior coaching/teaching experience.
