• Fully understand and assist in the implementation of the philosophies of the athletic program and the school.
• Develop players in specific areas of responsibility within the head coach's guidelines.
• Teach fundamentals and techniques approved by the state association regarding player safety.
• Assist in equipment checkout/check in procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of field facilities for practices and contests.
• Assist in the supervision of the locker areas.
• Assist in providing a positive public relations outlook.
• Cooperate and abide by all state and conference regulations.
