Job summary

The University of Utah is seeking an Assistant Swimming Coach for its men’s and women’s swimming program. This position will assist with coaching, recruiting, student-athlete development, and program operations.

The successful candidate will plan and lead swim workouts, provide technical instruction at competitions, evaluate swimmer performance, and support student-athlete wellbeing and academic success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Several years of competitive swimming coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of swimming technique, training, and competition preparation.
• Effective communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
