Job summary

Roberts Wesleyan University is seeking a part-time Athletics Coach to support the university's athletics program and its student-athletes. You will work with coaches and staff to develop skills, implement game plans, and drive team success.

Responsibilities include leading practices, scouting, film review, and contributing to game-day prep while ensuring NCAA and institutional policies are upheld. Evening and weekend availability is required during in-season and out-of-season periods.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching at the collegiate level preferred.

• Coordinate and contribute to the planning and execution of practices and competitions, including practice plans, game strategies, scouting, and in-game adjustments.
• Provide individual and small-group coaching, instruction, skill development, and film review sessions to support student-athlete development and team performance.
• Participate in game-day preparation and responsibilities, including team meetings, pre-game preparation, in-game coaching, and post-game debriefs and evaluations.
• Collaborate with coaching staff and athletics personnel to support team operations, student-athlete development, and the overall goals of the athletics program.
