Responsibilities

Oversee specific areas of the club such as Operations, Merchandising, Member Services, or Perishables. Lead the entire club by providing direction, oversight, and ensuring company expectations and initiatives are met. Establish efficiencies, maintain policies and procedures, deliver excellent service, and ensure a safe environment for Members and Team Members. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned, managing all club departments during scheduled shifts to ensure engagement, address concerns, and escalate issues as needed.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Understand and enforce club policies and procedures across all areas.
  • Lead and develop team members, assist in hiring, training, and corrective actions.
  • Use reporting tools to evaluate performance and make operational decisions to maximize sales and profits.
  • Communicate departmental activities effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Perform self-audits and control procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain operational processes in receiving, asset control, HR, and cash handling.
  • Monitor customer service levels and ensure positive experiences.
  • Establish operational efficiencies, review budgets, and identify profit opportunities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of the club's facilities and equipment.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of store operations, receiving, asset control, maintenance, HR, and cash procedures.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
  • High school diploma or higher; retail, wholesale, grocery, or management experience preferred.
  • Leadership skills, including managing teams and driving results.
  • Open shift availability.
  • At least 18 years of age.
Job Conditions
  • Frequent movement on hard surfaces, including bending, reaching, and handling merchandise.
  • Occasional lifting of objects up to 30 pounds; may require assistance for heavier objects.
  • Indoor work environment with exposure to temperature extremes, loud noises, and cleaning agents.

The starting salary for this position is $63,750.00, with actual compensation based on various factors including location, experience, and qualifications.
