What would this role do?

The Assistant Clinical Supervisor Level II plays a critical role in guiding the professional growth of our team, providing support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned clinical staff. This position is responsible for overseeing clinical programs and monitoring staff under supervision.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Carrying a caseload to meet set billable services, including:
    • Providing a minimum of 100 billable hours a month.
    • Ensuring that 85% of clinical direct services are provided monthly with few or no cancellations.
    • Providing an accurate utilization report to supervisor of caseload monthly.
  • Managing a caseload to meet clinical quality standards, including:
    • Manage a minimum of 980 hours.
    • Individualizing Client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
    • Monitoring Client progress and making data-driven adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.
    • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of Client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
    • Consulting with case Provider on behavior treatment plans.
    • Providing feedback to supervisor regarding instructors on each case.
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure support to Clients.
  • Supervising a team of behavior technicians, including:
    • Providing ongoing training, guidance, and support.
    • Providing formal performance evaluations.
    • Providing clinical consultation to clinical staff.
  • Completing reports for behavioral health treatment plans, including:
    • Written data-driven program summaries of the services provided during the authorization period.
  • Providing parent training.
  • Maintaining reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.
  • Ensuring the company’s “zero tolerance policy” is understood and implemented.
  • Ensuring HIPAA compliance is reinforced.
  • Implementing Client behavior plans across skill levels.
  • Complying with all Mandated Reporting Laws and Regulations.

Must Haves:

  • Spanish Bilingual is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Actively enrolled in a master's program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Nice to haves:

  • 1 year experience providing behavior analysis services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Minimum of 1 year supervision experience.
  • Excellent clinical and leadership skills.

  • Professional demeanor, well-organized, and attention to detail.
