Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Merced, CA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor I to grow into leadership while continuing direct work with clients.

You'll supervise Behavior Technicians, mentor staff, participate in treatment planning, and deliver parent training, collaborating with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• 1+ year of ABA experience, including direct client care.
• Passion for leadership, growth, and clinical excellence.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train and support your development.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload while supporting and supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development.
• Deliver parent training to increase family engagement.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support.
