REQUIREMENTS: Ideal candidate should have completed a Master's in ABA or a related field AND be pursuing BCBA certification.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Manager with clinical and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with developing interventions focusing on positive practices to decrease interfering behavior and increase functional skills, including creating materials for various behavior programs, such as in-home therapy and school settings.
  • Provide ongoing training and consultation for families on implementing positive supports and behavioral interventions based on ABA principles and specific client goals.
  • Help develop goals across areas like communication, functional living skills, social skills, self-help, and recreational activities in consultation with the clinical supervisor.
  • Support the clinical supervisor in intake processes, observations, and initial behavior assessments.
  • Shadow Behavior Therapists, review progress reports and data, and provide periodic feedback on performance.
  • Conduct Inter-Observer Agreements (IOA) to ensure data accuracy and coach Behavior Therapists to reduce discrepancies.
  • Provide therapy sessions for assigned clients.
Qualifications
  • Must be enrolled in a Master's program or have a Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience working as a Behavior Therapist.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with children aged 2-18 with developmental disabilities.

Salary Range

USD $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
