Your Role in Action:

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing treatment programs, with staff supervision and training.
• Strong problem-solving skills and empathy for adults and families.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ABA best practices, CASP autism guidelines, and state regulations.
