Are you eager to make a significant impact in the field of developmental disabilities? Join May Institute as an Assistant Clinical Director in Adult Services! You will lead our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, focusing on behavior analytics for adults with autism spectrum disorder.

This role covers two locations: Randolph, MA and Revere, MA, within our day habilitation programs. Your responsibilities include supporting the Clinical Program Director through staff training, supervision, and evaluation, as well as engaging directly with adults and their families to make a meaningful difference.

Your Role Includes:

  1. Leadership and Development: Foster a team committed to clinical excellence, mentoring and guiding clinicians to achieve their best.
  2. Collaboration: Work with national experts across autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral health to develop innovative care approaches.
  3. Data Mastery: Monitor client progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes through detailed data analysis.
  4. Continuous Learning: Keep up with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy, contributing to ongoing research initiatives.
  5. Ethical Leadership: Maintain the highest standards of ethics and compliance with laws and regulations in ABA practice.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
  • BCBA preferred; candidates eligible to sit for the exam or accruing BACB supervision hours are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing treatment programs, with staff supervision experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, empathy, patience, and compassion skills.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ABA best practices, CASP autism guidelines, and relevant regulations.
