Blair, Church & Flynn is seeking an Assistant Engineer to support a team of technical professionals in the research, planning and design of infrastructure projects. You will conduct research, prepare construction documents, and participate in site visits to ensure conformance with design standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in engineering (or in progress) and experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or similar software. Relocation assistance is not listed; U.S.

• Bachelor’s degree (or in process) in an engineering discipline or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather relevant information for project planning and design.
• Prepare construction documents including drawings, details, quantities and technical specifications.
• Perform quality control tasks to ensure deliverables satisfy scope and technical requirements.
• Communicate with clients and agencies.
• Participate in site visits to ensure conformance with design standards.
