Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a hands-on heavy civil professional for a major Texas project. You will support field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, monitor schedules, and help resolve site issues to keep work moving safely and to specification.

This role requires 4–7 years in heavy civil construction, with experience on large infrastructure. Proficiency in Trimble ProjectSight, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, or MS Office is a plus, and a bachelor’s degree is

$90,000–$110,000 + performance-based bonus

What You’ll Do:

Support daily field operations, monitor schedule and productivity, coordinate crews and subcontractors, assist with quality inspections, track labor and materials, and help resolve site issues. You’ll work closely with inspectors, contractors, and multiple project teams to keep construction progressing safely and to specification.

What you bring:

• 4–7 years of heavy civil construction experience


• Experience with large infrastructure projects


• Background in utilities, concrete, foundations, pile construction, grading, highways, or high-tech infrastructure


• Strong communication, coordination, and field problem-solving skills

Experience with Trimble ProjectSight, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, or MS Office is a plus. A bachelor’s degree and prior field leadership experience are preferred.
