Job summary

The successful candidate will have a HS diploma or GED, with early childhood coursework preferred, and a passion for child development. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in early childhood education is a plus.
• Previous experience with young children in childcare/educational settings preferred.
• Genuine passion for child development and early childhood education.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Assist with feeding, nap time, and daily routines as needed.
