Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers who are dedicated to caring for children and supporting families. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain an engaging classroom, and work with families to monitor developmental progress.

We offer extensive training and opportunities to grow, including our Master Teacher Program, with a focus on a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily care and maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children's development and communicate with families.

Assistant Teachers
