Overview

Support the Center Director with daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and in accordance with our high standards and guidelines. Your work will make a lasting difference in the lives of children, families, and your team.

Hours

Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities
  • Uphold our mission, culture, and values to ensure an inclusive environment and strong relationships with families, staff, and clients.
  • Monitor program quality, ensuring children’s learning is documented and visible.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Associate or higher degree in early childhood education, education, or child development; bachelor's preferred.
  • At least two years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
  • Strong understanding of center quality, compliance, health, safety, and licensing standards.
Physical Requirements

This role requires in-person work at an early education/preschool child care center, including supervision, curriculum delivery, business management, and customer service, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. It includes office, in-person supervision, family interactions, and the ability to serve as a supervising caregiver temporarily if needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary ranges from $57,200 to $64,400, depending on experience, education, certifications, and location. The position is eligible for a hiring incentive. Benefits include:
