Within Nursing Administration and hospital-wide patient care services, the DON will advance nursing operations, workforce engagement, regulatory readiness, patient experience, and quality outcomes. The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will help strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, support nursing best practices, develop clinical leaders, and promote a culture of accountability, compassion, safety, and service excellence.

Reporting to senior hospital administration, the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will receive strong executive support and the resources needed to lead strategic nursing initiatives successfully. The DON will collaborate closely with friendly nurses, physicians, department directors, clinical leaders, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals while supporting staff development, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and consistently excellent patient care.
