Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an school approved by VA
• Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States
• Residency in an approved core specialty with board eligibility
• Possible board certification for faculty status
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Lead the Gastroenterology/Hepatology section and drive growth
• Provide comprehensive GI/HEP care to Veterans
• Supervise staff and manage performance evaluations
• Schedule and coordinate department activities in line with VA policies
