Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; two years post-high school preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role; supervisory experience required.
• Hours Required: 40–50 hours over a five-day period; nights, holidays, weekends possible.
• Leadership: Ability to lead maintenance staff and manage operations.
• Maintenance leadership and preventive programs are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise daily maintenance operations and PM tasks.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, life-safety systems.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds for maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and safety concerns.
• Coordinate vendors, oversee contractors, and assist capital projects.
• Monitor inventory and assist purchasing.
• Maintain maintenance records and safety logs.
