Job summary

DIMENSION MASTER in New Orleans, LA seeks a hands‑on technical leader to support engineering operations and building systems. You will supervise maintenance staff and coordinate activities to keep critical assets reliable.

You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, manage HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, respond to requests, and support inventory and tools while fostering a safety‑driven culture and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous engineering or maintenance leadership experience required, to include active license
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Organized, dependable, safety focused and the flexibility to work any shift, including holidays and weekends
• Able to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team
• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving
• Comfortable working hands on and managing multiple priorities
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
