Job summary

Acadiana Management Group – Clear Lake AMG Specialty Hospital seeks a Full-Time Assistant Chief Clinical Officer to lead nursing practice and elevate clinical leadership across the facility. As a member of the administrative team, you participate in decision-making, policy, planning, and operations, with responsibility for managing all nursing practices and driving strategies to improve patient care.

Requirements include Texas RN licensure in good standing, 3–5 years in nursing administration,

Qualifications

• Current Texas Registered Nurse Licensure in good standing.
• Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of three to five years’ experience in nursing administration.
• Current BLS
• Current ACLS
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the administrative team, participates in decision-making, policy determination, and planning and operations of the hospital.
• Has responsibility for the management of all nursing practices and strategies to address opportunities for improving nursing care.
