ESFM—a division of Compass Group USA—seeks an on-site Assistant Chief Building Engineer for the 2nd shift to lead Integrated Facilities Management, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of critical systems in a high-density compute environment.
You will supervise engineers and contractors, own site KPIs, and drive uptime improvements while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across the facility.

The Assistant Chief Building Engineer - Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing (2nd Shift) serves as the on-site engineering leader with full accountability for the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, including hard services, critical infrastructure, and supporting high-density compute environments. This role provides technical leadership, team management, and operational oversight to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility performance.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm
