The ideal candidate will have AACCA Safety and Stunt Progression Certification, cheer knowledge, and coaching experience, with alignment to the district's athletic philosophy.

Qualifications

• AACCA Safety and Stunt Progression Certification is required.
• Coaching knowledge of cheerleading techniques and rules.
• Experience in cheerleading coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate an attitude of fair play per the Minnesota HS League Code of Ethics.
• Carry out responsibilities of a head coach.
• Be in regular attendance at all contest and practice sessions.
• Instruct students in rules, rule changes, and coaching innovations.
• Maintain knowledge of MS High School League rules and regulations.
• Align with Robbinsdale Area Schools educational and athletic philosophy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate an attitude of fair play for adhering to the Minnesota State High School League "Code of Ethics."
• Carry out responsibilities of a head coach.
• Be in regular attendance at all contest and practice sessions.
• Instruct student/athlete in rules, rule changes, new developments and innovative ideas in coaching.
• Have knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations as presented by the Minnesota State High School League.
• Adhere to the educational and athletic philosophy and objectives of Robbinsdale Area Schools.
• Follow rules and regulations of Robbinsdale Area Schools.

QUALIFICATIONS

• AACCA Safety and Stunt Progression Certification
• Knowledge of sport
• Coaching experience preferred
