• Promote athlete safety by ensuring proper technique, spotting, and safety standards.
• Foster a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, leadership, academics, and personal growth.
• Assist with organizing practices, travel, equipment, uniforms, and other program operations.
• Support game-day and event logistics, performances at athletic contests and campus events.
• Help maintain inventory and communicate program needs to the head coach.
• Complete administrative tasks while complying with departmental procedures and institutional policies.
• Assist with identification and recruitment of prospective student-athletes.
