Qualifications

• Prior coaching or playing experience in the sport is preferred.
• Knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of the sport.
• Practicing Catholic preferred; must support the values and teachings of the Catholic Church.
• Ability to lead with integrity, fairness, and compassion.
• Must complete all required diocesan Safe Environment training and background checks.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Supervise and manage student-athletes during practices, games, and travel.
• Teach and reinforce good sportsmanship, respect, and Catholic values.

• Maintain equipment and ensure student safety.
• Follow school, league policies, and diocesan guidelines.
