Job summary

Champion Force Athletics is seeking cheerleading coaches to support or lead our teams across the country this season. You should be a team player, able to coach all levels of teams and classes, and willing to dedicate 1–2 evenings for practices with some weekends for travel to competitions.

Candidates with cheer, dance, or gymnastics experience are preferred, and a background check is required. Excellent communication and strong organizational skills are essential for this fun, part-time role

Qualifications

• Experience in Cheer, Dance, or Gymnastics preferred.
• Willing to dedicate 1–2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization of deadlines.
• Teaching children is a plus; responsibilities include class prep, teaching students, overseeing class check-ins, and basic record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Teach cheer, dance, or gymnastics to children aged 4–15.
• Prepare lessons and supervise class check-ins and attendance.
• Coordinate practice schedules and travel for competitions.
• Attend occasional meetings, clinics, and cheer competitions each session.

Continued success and growth forces us to seek additional Cheerleading Coaches to assist or head up our teams across the country this season. Candidates must be team players and willing to coach all levels of teams and classes.

Previous cheer knowledge is preferred, but not required, and a gymnastics background is a plus. The ideal candidate must be willing to dedicate 1 to 2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel to various competitions.

Champion Force Athletics is looking for someone who can answer \"Yes!\" to these questions:

Classes may be scattered throughout the evening, but most coaches will work no more than 3-4 classes in a day. Must be able to pass background check.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various projects and deadlines.

Experience with teaching children is a plus! Teaching responsibilities include class preparations, teaching students, overseeing class check-ins, and basic record-keeping. There will also be occasional meetings, clinics, and a cheer competitions each session. This is truly one of the most fun part-time jobs you can imagine!
