Job summary

Champion Force Athletics is seeking Cheerleading Coaches to support teams nationwide this season. Candidates should be team players, willing to coach all levels of teams and classes, with previous cheer knowledge preferred but not required.

Ideal coaches are reliable, with good communication and organization, able to multitask and meet deadlines. You will teach, supervise check-ins, and assist with clinics and competitions.

Qualifications

• Cheer, Dance, or Gymnastics experience preferred, but not required.
• Willing to dedicate 1–2 evenings for practices and occasional weekends for travel.
• Pass a background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Teaching children is a plus; experience with lessons, check-ins and record-keeping.
• Most coaches work 3–4 classes per day; classes may be scattered in the evening.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach students and prepare class materials.
• Oversee class check-ins and basic record-keeping.
• Attend occasional meetings, clinics, and cheer competitions.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure smooth sessions.

Continued success and growth forces us to seek additional Cheerleading Coaches to assist or head up our teams across the country this season. Candidates must be team players and willing to coach all levels of teams and classes.

Previous cheer knowledge is preferred, but not required, and a gymnastics background is a plus. The ideal candidate must be willing to dedicate 1 to 2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel to various competitions.

Champion Force Athletics is looking for someone who can answer \"Yes!\" to these questions:

Classes may be scattered throughout the evening, but most coaches will work no more than 3-4 classes in a day. Must be able to pass background check.

Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various projects and deadlines.

Experience with teaching children is a plus! Teaching responsibilities include class preparations, teaching students, overseeing class check-ins, and basic record-keeping. There will also be occasional meetings, clinics, and a cheer competitions each session. This is truly one of the most fun part-time jobs you can imagine!
