Baptist is seeking personnel to provide personal care assistance to patients under the direction of licensed personnel or Administrators. The role includes direct patient care, triage and rooming, and maintaining patient safety.

The position requires completing an approved nursing or medical assistant course, with preferred experience in phlebotomy and strong English communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format.
• Write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.
• Maintain certification and demonstrate basic computer skills.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.
