Job description

LCentral is a reputable Premier English Specialist providing quality enrichment for students from N1 to P6 since 2008. We are seeking a dynamic candidate as Assistant Centre Manager for our centre.

Assistant Centre Managers are key to business development and daily operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the administration of the centre (roster, scheduling, payments, etc.)
  • Managing student enrolments (enquiries, assessments, registration, etc.)
  • Managing a team of administrators and teachers
  • Scheduling classes to ensure optimal use of resources (classrooms, materials, etc.)
  • Record keeping (data, finances, etc.)
  • Establishing excellent rapport with parents, children and teachers
  • Responsible for maintaining the professional appearance of the centre and staff
  • Responsible for maintaining brand standards (image and presentation, safety and hygiene)
  • Ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an O-level qualification or above
  • Experience is an advantage, though training will be provided for the right applicant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in standard English (good spoken and written English)
  • Bilingualism is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented
  • Good team player
  • Able to work with expats and children
  • 5 day work week – (evenings and weekends included)
