SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director in Pflugerville, TX. The role combines clinical duties with leadership oversight, collaborating with the Clinic Director and Medical Director to deliver exceptional patient care.

The position requires an active Texas PA/APN license, a current DEA registration, and at least one year of clinical practice. The clinic offers on-site work, a competitive base salary, and Saturday incentives.

• Availability to work clinic hours and two Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans for hormone-related and wellness concerns.
• Support wellness services, including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, and low libido.
• Support aesthetic services at select locations.
• Partner with the Clinic Director, Medical Director, and operations team to support clinical quality and clinic performance.
• Assist with day-to-day leadership and light supervisory responsibilities for clinic support staff.

About the Role

As an Assistant Clinic Director, you’ll provide high-quality patient care while supporting the clinical and operational success of the clinic. You’ll work closely with the Clinic Director, physician Medical Director, and leadership team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Clinic Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Saturday Requirement: Two Saturdays per month, with additional incentive pay.

Paid Training

We want you to feel confident and prepared for success. You’ll receive two full consecutive weeks of paid training, Monday through Friday, for a total of 10 business days.
