Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in administering student progress and learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including following up on leads and enrollment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students' progress and engagement during sessions.
• Mentor staff with on-the-job training and instructional support.
• Teach/tutor in‑center, online, or hybrid using the Mathnasium Method and practices.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Maintain a safe and professional learning environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
