Qualifikationen

• Two years of early childhood education experience is required and knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills are required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English language proficiency to communicate with children and parents.

• Assist the Center Director in leading staff and supporting families while achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
• Serve in various roles at the center as needed, including teacher, cook, or driver.
