No prior management experience? We train you. Full-time, 30–35 hours per week, five days, with paid leadership development and a clear path to a Center Director role.

Qualifications

• Parent communication via email/text
• Lead tutoring teams and monitor progress
• Woster leadership training and growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans and reassess students; update parents
• Handle inquiries and cover Director absences to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor classroom floor, train tutors, and analyze reports to improve outcomes
