The Learning Experience in Mansfield, TX is seeking an Assistant Center Director to lead daily operations and guide teaching staff in delivering engaging programs for infants to preschoolers.

Join our team as a Happiness Ambassador, shaping a safe, happy space while sharing our curriculum and programs. Strong leadership, licensing knowledge, and teaching experience are essential for advancing our mission and serving families.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred).
• Must have professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.
• Must meet state specific guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center leadership team in managing day-to-day operations.
• Provide leadership to the teaching team and ensure high-quality programs.
• Work in the classroom as needed to ensure a safe, nurturing learning experience.
• Support the Center leadership team in managing the center’s budget and financial planning.
• Maintain compliance with licensing requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families and keep them informed.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the center’s programs and services.
