Job summary

Baptist Hospital in Meridian, MS is seeking an experienced support professional to assist case management and social work staff. You will communicate, coordinate, and disseminate information with the care team to enhance care coordination and patient transitions.

In this role you will prioritize daily activities, participate in discharge planning with case managers and social workers, and perform additional duties as assigned to help meet department goals.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in utilization management; medical office or hospital setting.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
