• Execute and oversee opening, closing, and peak service shifts.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all menu items, recipes, and systems.
• Lead by example in upselling, guest engagement, and hospitality.
• Utilize systems such as Toast, Asana, and guest feedback platforms to manage operations.
