7 Leaves Café is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Monrovia, CA. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, foster a positive team culture, and deliver outstanding guest experiences, guiding staff to uphold quality and service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will grow into higher leadership roles while shaping store culture, community ties, and guest connections. This role is onsite and focused on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or food service.
• Prior leadership or key-holder experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with example on the floor to deliver exceptional service and reinforce a customer-first mindset.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Support daily store operations, ensuring policy compliance and quality standards.
• Help monitor sales performance, labor, and inventory reports.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and development to team members.
• Assist in training, onboarding, and managing staff schedules.
