Job summary

The Tailored Closet of Silver Spring is seeking an Installer to perform timely, mistake-free installation of closets, office organization products and cabinetry in customer homes. The ideal candidate has at least one year of installation experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.

You must be prepared to work with a positive attitude and have the physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of this job, with teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.
• Carpentry, Construction, or Trade School experience: 1 year preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• General construction and tool use knowledge.
• Able to lift over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home installation of company products.
• Conduct in-home installation repairs, as needed.
• Adhere to schedule for all jobs with punctuality.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and honestly with customers and colleagues, verbally and in writing.
• Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Maintain assigned truck, including washing, restocking supplies, etc.
• Comply with and follows all safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
