Signature HealthCARE Cleveland is seeking a capable Business Office Manager to support the daily operations of the Business Office in a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will assist with budgets, records, and office supplies while ensuring confidential handling of sensitive information.

The role emphasizes professionalism and supervisory experience, with opportunities to lead monthly close procedures and to step in as the Business Office Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of management/supervisory experience.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management duties in the Business Office.
• Assist Business Office Manager in day-to-day operation of Business office including: managing Budgets, Record, or office supplies.
• Assist with End of Month procedures.
