Job summary

The Pastoral Center of the Archdiocese of Miami is actively seeking an Assistant Building and Project Manager to coordinate projects across the Pastoral Center, Episcopal residences, and related archdiocesan sites. You will report to the Senior Director of Building & Properties and help drive construction, renovations, and maintenance efforts to support mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in architecture, engineering, or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with pastors, principals, administrators, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Assist the senior director with all phases of project development, including pre-construction, construction, and project closeout.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, invoices, contracts, and overall progress.
• Coordinate permitting and assist with building recertification requirements.
• Assist with contractor proposals, construction contracts, and payment requests.
• Assist with the ADOM Roof Asset Management Program (RAMP).
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for assigned properties, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, and other building systems.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to the Senior Director of Building & Property.
