Bozzuto is seeking an Assistant Building Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our communities. You will model our values, oversee urgent repairs, and drive preventative maintenance while ensuring timely turnover and high resident satisfaction.

Excellent communication and leadership are essential as you coordinate with teams to preserve building integrity and safety. The role requires 5+ years in trades or facilities, HVAC/EPA/NAPE certification, and availability for

Qualifications

• Five+ years in trades, facilities, and/or residential maintenance.
• Strong leadership aptitude and supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification.
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS.
• Proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical trades and appliance repair.
• Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills.
• Ability to work weekends and on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and model Bozzuto values and culture.
• Follow up with residents and complete service tickets timely.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Manage make-ready and turnover to enable leasing of apartments.
• Preserve building value with preventative maintenance.
• Maintain building cleanliness and grounds; support safety codes.
