Responsibilities
  • Enter new business submissions into the operating system for clearance.
  • Verify licensing and compliance requirements for accounts.
  • Follow up with retailers for additional information.
  • Prepare coverage and pricing specifications for marketing to carriers.
  • Market to designated markets as instructed by the Broker.
  • Communicate with customers regarding account information requests, declinations, quotes, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in account servicing.
  • Complete assignments independently with initiative.
  • Review endorsements and audits for accuracy.
  • Handle non-routine and complex issues with support as needed.
  • Manage binders and account invoicing.
  • Conduct quality control reviews on policies, endorsements, and audits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, business acumen, and interest in professional development.
  • Insurance license preferred.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary between $66-80k plus lucrative incentive bonuses.
