The Assistant Brewer position is a critical contributor to the production processes throughout the brewing department. This role is responsible for a wide variety of duties in support of the Brewing Department’s production needs, including raw materials receiving, staging and handling, cellar work, use of automation and database systems for process and inventory control, and adjustments using the WMS scanner. Responsibilities also include process component cleaning, area housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and other duties as assigned. All duties must be performed safely and with high‑level attention to detail in accordance with Sierra Nevada Brewing Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and best practices.
We are currently accepting applications for 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) Tuesday‐Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday with a 7% shift differential.
We offer $15.50 to $23.95 hourly compensation, based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
