Ideal candidates bring baking or pastry experience; training is available. Must be 18+, and afternoon/evening availability is required to align with bakery shifts from about 11 am to 7 pm.

Qualifications

• Large-scale baking/pastry experience (preferred but not required; training available).
• Compliance with local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation regulations.
• Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads preparation.
• Follow recipes and maintain quality control.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
